Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At KSpa Massage & Company, LLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can serve all clients effectively, please review our cancellation policy:

  1. Notice Requirement

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  2. Late Cancellations

    • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

  3. No-Shows

    • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  4. Late Arrivals

    • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. You will still be responsible for the full service fee.

  5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

    • You may cancel or reschedule through our online booking system or by calling/texting (254) 498-9516.

  6. Exceptions

    • We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
